AI Features Disclaimer
TradePath’s AI features, including TradeSage and TradeSage Assistant, provide general educational advice and should not be construed as financial advice. Always do your own research before making trading decisions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Limitation of Liability
TradePath is not liable for any losses resulting from your trading activities, reliance on platform features, or third-party integrations. Use is at your own risk.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TradePath is registered.
